Personality assessments will include feedback sessions from us to interpret results accurately in order to create a structure for the company that functions best.
Individual Coaching
Individual Coaching will be 1:1 meeting with the selected employee to identify goals for working together and develop an individualized plan for growth.
Receive feedback from the employee’s supervisor regarding reputation, strengths and areas for growth.
Structured interview includes discussion about the company’s strengths/weaknesses, supervisor’s strengths/weaknesses, and personal strengths/weaknesses.
Group Coaching
Bi-weekly meetings facilitated by Watson Consultants with select company management.
Maintain a point of contact between meetings.
Groups Coaching focuses on:
Improving Communication between and amongst teams.
Increase self-awareness, problem solving skills, positive peer influence, feedback, and coaching.
